Simply use the BOWL according to your own requirements: horizontally with cooking grate and cast iron plate (sold separately) as an inclined or flexible cooking and barbecue unit to protect flames from wind and reflect heat effectively forward! With the right fuel, the BOWL is ready to cook your meat, fish or vegetables in about 10 minutes.
